Google Ads Client Success Manager
Ensure long-term client success on Northline's Google Ads products and services.
About the role
This role is for a specialist who already runs accounts with confidence and is ready to take on more ownership of the outcome. You'll manage a portfolio of clients independently, backed by a strong team. As a Google Ads Client Success Manager at Northline Collective, you'll ensure long-term client success on Northline's Google Ads products and services.
You'll work with a portfolio of ambitious international clients, collaborating across strategy, analytics, and creative — with the tools, budget, and trust to do the best work of your career. We value results and quality equally, and back that up with generous, competitive pay.
The team you'll join
Client Services is the voice of the client inside Northline. We own the strategic relationship and make sure the work's results always come first.
What you'll do
- Run regular check-ins with clients on progress toward goals
- Spot churn risk early and proactively address it
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams on escalations
What we're looking for
- ★2+ years of experience in customer success or account management
- ★Understanding of core Google Ads metrics
- ★Proactive communication and conflict-resolution skills

Your first 90 days
- 1Weeks 1–2: Onboarding, access to accounts and tools, and getting to know the team and key stakeholders.
- 2Weeks 3–4: Auditing your accounts, understanding each client's goals, and finding quick wins.
- 3Month 2: Launching your first optimizations and experiments, and taking independent ownership of results.
- 4Month 3: Presenting a clear plan for the next quarter and fully owning your accounts and goals.
