Google Ads Specialist (E-commerce)

About the role
This role is for a specialist who already runs accounts with confidence and is ready to take on more ownership of the outcome. You'll manage a portfolio of clients independently, backed by a strong team. As a Google Ads Specialist (E-commerce) at Northline Collective, you'll scale ROAS for DTC and retail brands across Shopping, PMax, and Search.
You'll work with a portfolio of ambitious international clients, collaborating across strategy, analytics, and creative — with the tools, budget, and trust to do the best work of your career. We value results and quality equally, and back that up with generous, competitive pay.
The team you'll join
Our Paid Search team lives and breathes Google Ads. We manage a nine-figure annual budget across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max for brands in 24+ countries — and we're obsessed with incrementality, not vanity clicks.
What you'll do
- Manage the full Google Ads channel mix for e-commerce clients
- Optimize for ROAS and margin, not just revenue
- Coordinate seasonal peaks and promotional campaigns
What we're looking for
- ★2+ years of e-commerce Google Ads experience
- ★Understanding of unit economics and margin in optimization
- ★Experience managing seasonality and promo periods

Your first 90 days
- 1Weeks 1–2: Onboarding, access to accounts and tools, and getting to know the team and key stakeholders.
- 2Weeks 3–4: Auditing your accounts, understanding each client's goals, and finding quick wins.
- 3Month 2: Launching your first optimizations and experiments, and taking independent ownership of results.
- 4Month 3: Presenting a clear plan for the next quarter and fully owning your accounts and goals.
