About the role
This role is for a specialist who already runs accounts with confidence and is ready to take on more ownership of the outcome. You'll manage a portfolio of clients independently, backed by a strong team. As a Google Shopping Specialist at Northline Collective, you'll grow revenue for retail clients through Google Shopping and Merchant Center.
You'll work with a portfolio of ambitious international clients, collaborating across strategy, analytics, and creative — with the tools, budget, and trust to do the best work of your career. We value results and quality equally, and back that up with generous, competitive pay.
The team you'll join
Our Paid Search team lives and breathes Google Ads. We manage a nine-figure annual budget across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max for brands in 24+ countries — and we're obsessed with incrementality, not vanity clicks.
What you'll do
- Manage product feeds and Shopping campaign structure
- Optimize the catalog for Performance Max signals
- Diagnose and fix Merchant Center errors
What we're looking for
- ★2+ years of experience with Google Shopping and Merchant Center
- ★Understanding of product feeds and attributes
- ★Experience with large SKU catalogs

Your first 90 days
- 1Weeks 1–2: Onboarding, access to accounts and tools, and getting to know the team and key stakeholders.
- 2Weeks 3–4: Auditing your accounts, understanding each client's goals, and finding quick wins.
- 3Month 2: Launching your first optimizations and experiments, and taking independent ownership of results.
- 4Month 3: Presenting a clear plan for the next quarter and fully owning your accounts and goals.
