YouTube & Video Ads Specialist
Plan and scale YouTube and video campaigns across the Google Ads ecosystem.
About the role
This role is for a specialist who already runs accounts with confidence and is ready to take on more ownership of the outcome. You'll manage a portfolio of clients independently, backed by a strong team. As a YouTube & Video Ads Specialist at Northline Collective, you'll plan and scale YouTube and video campaigns across the Google Ads ecosystem.
You'll work with a portfolio of ambitious international clients, collaborating across strategy, analytics, and creative — with the tools, budget, and trust to do the best work of your career. We value results and quality equally, and back that up with generous, competitive pay.
The team you'll join
The Paid Media team owns everything that extends the funnel beyond classic search — YouTube, Display, Demand Gen, and App campaigns. We build the top of the funnel that feeds Paid Search's results.
What you'll do
- Build video campaign strategy against funnel goals
- Work with the creative team to adapt video assets
- Analyze view-through metrics and their contribution to conversions
What we're looking for
- ★2+ years of experience with YouTube Ads / video campaigns
- ★Understanding of video-first creative
- ★Experience coordinating with creative teams

Your first 90 days
- 1Weeks 1–2: Onboarding, access to accounts and tools, and getting to know the team and key stakeholders.
- 2Weeks 3–4: Auditing your accounts, understanding each client's goals, and finding quick wins.
- 3Month 2: Launching your first optimizations and experiments, and taking independent ownership of results.
- 4Month 3: Presenting a clear plan for the next quarter and fully owning your accounts and goals.
